Echo Chamber Studios provides professional podcast recording, editing, mixing, mastering, production, and distribution services. We offer both in-studio recording sessions and remote production options. Specific services offered may vary based on the package selected by the client. Details of included services are outlined in individual service agreements. We also provide consultation services to help clients develop their podcast concepts and strategies. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

All studio bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the services rendered. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. Echo Chamber Studios reserves the right to refuse service to clients with outstanding balances. 4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all original content created during their podcast production. Echo Chamber Studios retains ownership of all editing, mixing, and mastering services performed. Clients grant Echo Chamber Studios a non-exclusive license to use excerpts of their podcast for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, website testimonials, social media marketing, and portfolio examples. If you do not wish for us to use excerpts of your podcast for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions for any copyrighted material used in your podcast, including music, sound effects, and other audio content. Echo Chamber Studios is not responsible for any copyright infringement by clients.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled recording sessions. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for billing and contact purposes. Clients are responsible for the content of their podcast and ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes libel, slander, defamation, and copyright laws. Clients are responsible for maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor while using our studio facilities and interacting with our staff. We expect our clients to engage responsibly and ethically with their podcast content, respecting diverse perspectives and avoiding harmful or offensive material.

6. Studio Usage

Clients are expected to treat the studio equipment and facilities with care. Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by client negligence will be the responsibility of the client. Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Clients must adhere to all studio rules and regulations as posted in the studio. We strive to maintain a safe and productive environment for all our clients. Failure to comply with studio rules may result in the termination of your session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Echo Chamber Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of your audio files, but we are not responsible for data loss or corruption due to technical malfunctions or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that clients maintain backup copies of their audio files.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echo Chamber Studios, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

9. Termination

Echo Chamber Studios reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without cause or notice. You may terminate your use of our services at any time. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered. We may retain your audio files for a reasonable period of time after termination, but we are not obligated to do so. It is your responsibility to download and backup your audio files before termination.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Echo Chamber Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post any changes to these terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
